How easy are they to fill with water and air?
The valve on your ball has a lock setting where you can press and turn the valve so it is constantly open, allowing a free flow of water in (or out). When filled to your desired weight of water, use the pump to blow air into the ball to fill the space and return the valve to the closed position.
Can you wash the CorMax bags?
Yes, this is very easy. Simply hose down or just wipe down with a damp cloth.
What weights are available in the Torpedoes?
- T1 – 35 lb
- T2 – 45 lb
Should they be filled to their limit?
No, even though they’re designed to be filled All the way, you risk the potential of damage if you drop it at max capacity. Generally fill to a max of 95% water so it has some shock absorbency if dropped.
If I drop my KB will it break?
All CorMax products including KBs, are designed to be durable and tough. However it is not advised to drop or throw your bag from big heights (i.e. overhead) as it may compromise the integrity of the bag and reduce its longevity.
Do I need the whole range?
Depending on what you want to achieve. For weight loss, to get lean and strong ladies would probably find the Grenades, T1 and AQA Ball (30cm) sufficient. However guys would probably include a T2, T3 and CorMax AQA Ball of their choice dependent upon the routines required.
Why do I need the KBs if I have a Torpedo?
KBs offer a huge range of exercises which cannot be imitated with a Torpedo, similar to small hand free weights or smaller kettle bells.
